Dogecoin Merged Mining

In May 2024 Catcoin Team 3 released Dogecoin Merged Mining.

Merged Mining allows you to mine two cryptocurrencies at the same time.

As Catcoin and Dogecoin are both Scrypt mining coins it is now possible to mine both simultaneously

You receive the same amount of Catcoin as regular mining but also receive Dogecoin mining rewards too!

Step 1 - Create a Catcoin and Dogecoin wallet address

Go to Wallets and select your preferred wallet.

Generate your unique Catcoin Wallet Address.

Go to Dogecoin Wallets and generate a Dogecoin Wallet Address

Step 2 - Rent a Mining Rig

Go to Mining Rig Rentals and create an account.

Deposit either Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin or Ethereum into your account.

Go to the Marketplace and search “scrypt” chose a miner and select Rent Now.

Select the rental duration, then press next.

Input the Pool Host Port (eu.merged.stratum.cminors-pool.com:4020).

If the miner has a hashrate above 50 Gh/s use (eu.merged.stratum.cminors-pool.com:4021).

Set the Worker Name as your Catcoin Wallet Address.

Input the password: c=CAT,ps=aux,p_DOGE=Doge_Address_Here

Replace “Doge_Address_Here” with your Dogecoin Wallet Address.

Then select next and Pay and Start, Congratulations you are now merge mining Catcoin!

Step 3 - Review your Mining Stats

Go to CMinors Pool and paste your Catcoin Wallet Address into the Address Search Box.

The website will show you your Catcoin and Dogecoin mining rewards and hashrate.
